Yes, all our prducts are 100% vegan.

Yes, all our prducts are made with 100% organic ingredients.

All our cosmetic products are produced in Italy and are all cruelty-free. This is because since 2009 there has been a law in the EU, of which Italy is a member state, which prohibits testing individual ingredients and/or entire cosmetic products on animals. It also prohibits their marketing.

Yes, all our product are free from: parabens, mineral oils, silicones, SLS & SLES, PEG & PPG, coloring agents, allergens.

Yes, we have created all of our formulations to be suitable for all skin and hair types.

Thanks to the toiletry bags' ability-to-see-what's-inside property, all our sets are ready to be thrown in your suitcase, pass the security check without any problems and to take-off!

We have chosen the packaging that has the best relationship between: low CO2 emissions, safety, functionality and recyclability.
All our packaging is made of bioplastic (I'm Green and TPU) which, in its production cycle, produces far fewer CO2 emissions than traditional petroleum-derived plastic. Furthermore, they are all 100% recyclable.
Before deciding to use bioplastic for our packaging, we tested other types of materials, such as glass or aluminum, and other different shapes, such as jars or bottles. Both these materials and shapes were found to be unsuitable, by our standards, to make travel sets that were leakproof, unbreakable, and easy to squeeze. The tubes allow you to have all the beauty products you need in the smallest possible space, creating compact and light beauty cases that can be carried even in the smallest handbag.
Last but not least, when choosing all the materials for our products we had to comply with the current international legislation on the transport of liquids (LAGs) in carry-on luggages on airplanes which requires every traveler to insert each liquid within 100ml in a clear plastic bag with a maximum capacity of 1 litre.

To make a return you can write an email to info@inanycase.it providing us with the following information:
- enter "product type" and "return request" in the subject of the email;
- attach one or more photos to demonstrate that the guarantee seals on the tubes have not been removed and therefore the products are still all intact (otherwise we will not be able to accept the return);
- in the body, tell us the reason why you're asking for a return (so we can do better in the future!).

You will immediately be contacted by our team who will confirm whether the return has been accepted or not and will provide you with all the information for sending back your purchase.

Of course! Inside the MOVO bag, in addition to your purchase, there is a second seal band that you can use to close the bag and send the product back. All you have to do is attach a new waybill to it (see previous point for how to obtain it) and hide the small flap with the pre-paid postage: this way the courier won't get the wrong address!
